Cancellation rights, refund eligibility, and any applicable deadlines are governed by your written service agreement and applicable law. Review those terms before engaging ASKJ Doc Preparation.

This page explains how to raise a request. It does not replace your agreement or limit rights provided by law.

Do not include full payment card numbers, account passwords, or sensitive identification documents in your message. Our team will let you know if additional information is needed.

Our team will review the relevant service agreement, payment records, and status of the work, then communicate the next steps. Contact us promptly if your agreement specifies a cancellation or refund deadline.

Any refund eligibility and processing arrangements are subject to the applicable service agreement and requirements of law.

If you believe prepared documents contain an error, contact us with a description of the issue. We will review it with you and discuss any follow-up work under your agreement.
