ASKJ Doc Preparation helps organize information and prepare paperwork for tax documentation, repayment-plan requests, and other complex forms. The specific work we undertake is described in your written service agreement.
We are an independent document preparation company. Administrative assistance does not include legal, tax, or financial advice. Questions requiring professional advice should be directed to an appropriately qualified professional.
2. Website inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement or authorize a payment. Our team must first discuss your needs and confirm the scope of any engagement.
Website content is general information and should not be relied on as advice about your individual circumstances.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information and notify us of relevant changes.
- Review prepared documents and confirm that the information is correct.
- Respond to requests for missing information and pay attention to applicable deadlines.

The services, fees, payment schedule, and any submission responsibilities must be set out in your written service agreement. Review that agreement before engaging us and contact our team about anything that is unclear.

Document preparation does not guarantee acceptance, approval, a particular payment amount, or any other outcome. The receiving organization makes its own decisions and determines its processing time.
Incomplete information, changes in requirements, and matters outside our control may affect the preparation process. Contact the team promptly if a deadline applies to your documents.
6. Communications and privacy
If you consent, we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry and requested services. Text message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information you provide is handled. Do not send sensitive records through the general website inquiry form.
7. Website availability and updates
